Remember that a COMPLAINT is a denounce regarding irregular conducts on the part of the officials/individuals who have been granted with a service provided by the entity, and a CLAIM is the right every citizen has to demand or call for solutions regarding the omission or improper provision of public services.

This mechanism allows you to file a complaint or a claim to CISA - CENTRAL DE INVERSIONES S.A. that will be attended to by the COMPREHENSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE office.
